High School Sweethearts' Car Repair Business Is A Labor Of Love!

It's a business story that's also a love story about cars and girls and boys.Mark and Summer Guerrero are lifelong Wichitans who met when they were 16. On their first date, Mark took a turn too fast and tipped over his mom's Trans-Am with Summer inside. Neither the vehicle nor its teenage occupants were hurt.

We believe After Hours Auto Repair is one of the best automotive repair shops in Wichita because every minute of the day we put our hearts and souls in our business and customer's repairs. We collaborate with other small businesses in our area to offer our customers more. We understand that when a vehicle leaves our shop it has our name on it and our reputation is on the line. After Hours Auto Repair Inc, is incorporated, operated by President, Mark Guerrero II and Vice President Summer Guerrero. Mark is a Master ASE Certified Technician with over 15 years of automotive repair experience. He provides the technical oversight for all services, including a final inspection of the vehicle insuring bolts and parts are to manufacture specifications. Summer, an Iraqi War Veteran with 10 years of military service, is a full-time fire fighter, 6 year Breast Cancer Survivor and active co-owner as well. Her primary contribution is to function as "the face" of After Hours, providing public relations, marketing, and business management. Together, they operate under the business model of creating a family atmosphere, exceptional customer service, and high quality control standards. This is a family owned and operated corporation. One of the first people you see when you walk into our facility is Evelyn (Mark's mom). Being surrounded by family gives our customers comfort in knowing they are welcome and will be treated as though they are family. Our technicians have excellent diagnostic skills and knowledge in the up to date technology. We are dedicated to keeping up with the evolution of vehicle technology. Most are limited in the years they can service and this eventually causes them to become obsolete. We continue to train our technicians and office staff to stay educated through the economic hardships and evolution of vehicles. We also maintain our Master certification through ASE on continuous basis. We are members of Better Business Bureau and Wichita Metro Chamber of Commerce. We owe great appreciation to all the staff at Kansas Small Business Development Center and Small Business Association for the start up and development of After Hours Auto Repair, Inc.
